History
The new World Federation was founded on 12th October 2003. The federation was strongly desired to continue to promote and regulate the sport at Internazionale.La Aesthetic Group Gymnastics has been recognized internationally as a competitive sport by 1996Le origins of the sport are lost in time and been heard far from the ancient Greece. The F.I.S.A.C. is the sole and only representative of the Federation IFAGG in Italy and is the entity through which the Aesthetics Group Gymnastics is regulated, practiced and spread to Italy! We believe that there is a bright future for this sport in the world of gymnastics.
Presentation
Aesthetic Group Gymnastics is a discipline of gymnastics based on natural body movement and total. Sport is characterized by harmonious movements, rhythmic, and dynamic performed with use of muscle strength in a natural way and economica.C 'is a natural flow from one movement to another as if the latter was created from the previous year. All elements must be carried out smoothly, showing the magnitude and variety of dynamics and different speeds of execution. The composition must contain several different body movements, like waves and swings, balances and turns, leaps and jumps, dance steps and lifts. The physical qualities such as flexibility, muscular reaction, strength, coordination, ability to move without effort must be put into evidenza.La team consists of a minimum of 6 to Masimo of 10 gymnasts. Teamwork and unity of work are essential. The choreography, using an expressive interpretation of music through movement, creates a story! Aesthetic Group Gymnastics is art, expression and feeling, all mixed in a high level of professional sports.
